Do you have worldwide shipping?
Yes! We proudly ship worldwide. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location. Whether you’re in the U.S., Australia, Europe, or Asia, we’ll bring Poco Loco to your doorstep.
What is your return policy?
We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items. If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong size, just contact us and we’ll make it right. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.
Do you have free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping on orders over $120 USD. For smaller orders, shipping is calculated based on your destination and package weight at checkout.
